Meet the team behind Peninsula Integrated Health

Peninsula Integrated Health (PIH) is a healthcare professional-led company that helps new technologies reach real patients, especially in the cancer space. Our directors are practising independent prescribers, so we understand clinical governance, patient safety and how frontline services actually run. We work between commissioners, pharmaceutical and technology companies, and primary care, implementing innovations into community pharmacies, GP practices and outreach settings where they can be tested, evaluated and scaled. Examples of our work include implementing, running and evaluating early detection of cancer pilots for the Cancer Alliance network, and supporting organisational bids for SBRI funding to implement large-scale technology across the cancer pathway.
Alongside our cancer work, we provide consultancy to NHS and private primary care services, covering service set-up, governance, commissioning and evaluation. Our directors have worked within the English, Welsh, Scottish, Isle of Man and Channel Islands health systems, and we have established links with health partners in the Crown Dependency British Isles. We are building on our work in the South West to take cancer initiatives across the UK, British Isles and beyond.
